Waring pbb2 blender

The Waring pbb2 professional bar blender realy is professional grade! First off, you have the power: This blender is louder than others because it has a 390 watt motor and let me tell you, it can blend! I use this for everything. I puree soup, make breakfast smoothies, and even frozen daiquiris every single week.

This blender doesn't get a break and it hasn't let me down yet. I have had blenders in the past where the motor actually burned out just trying to crush some ice. My Waring pbb2 professional bar blender goes through ice like nothing. My smoothies come out with the consistency of an ice cream milkshake.

That's not even my favorite part, though. What I really like is the simplicity of the design.

Most other blenders require you to lower the canister at a certain angle and then twist it in order to lock it in position. The Waring doesn't. You just drop the canister down and it goes. If you have it turned the wrong way, it just won't turn. It's really straightforward and has been a joy to use.

One thing, because it does not lock you do need to hold the canister steady when you are using it. You just need to put one hand on top and you are good. The Waring pbb2 professional bar blender is really a great unit and I would recommend it to anyone.

Without being confusing!
by: Kitchen Gnome

The Waring pbb2 professional bar blender has only three speeds: High, Low, and Off. Frankly, it's a relief. I never could figure out why some of those other blenders have eight speeds. I usually either want it to go very fast, or not quite so fast. It looks like the people at Waring caught on to this and made their blender to do just exactly what it needs to without being confusing.
