Vita mix 5000 Blender

One of the key selling points which drew me to the Vita mix 5000 blender was the variable speed option, and I have found this to work so well that the blender has almost replaced every appliance in my kitchen. I can now juice, blend, puree, whip, mince and mix pretty much anything.

However, I have to admit this comes at a cost - noise. The Vitamix is incredibly loud and there have been occasions when I’ve missed a phone call whilst using it because it drowns all background noise. This is especially true on high speeds but if noise is a price to pay for a blender that successfully deals with everything I throw in it, then I’ll settle for that.

It is a pricey piece of equipment but it is worth the cost due to the number of jobs it performs so well. It is also a well-built machine which is easy to clean in the dishwasher. If you don’t mind the noise I highly recommend the Vita mix 5000 Blender.
