Villaware Blender Parts

by Ashley
(Canada)

I'm looking for somewhere to buy Villaware blender parts.

I have a villaware blender (model: v004-43100c) and I need a replacement 'jug'. The blades are fine so just the jug itself would be needed.

Please let me know if you have this item or can direct me to another supplier.

Cracked 43000 Blender pitcher
by: Neto

I have the exact same issue as another on this site.
I bought my Model 43000 Blender, serial number 0706
At William-Sonoma in Texas and I rarely use it. Yet it
Has a crack in the ploycorbonite Pitcher starting
At the bottom running up the side. I think it's about 3 years old. Way to soon to have cracked for a $200 Blender.

Replacement parts
by: Anonymous

I called Villaware today and was first directed to a service centre here in Canada. I then called that service centre who in turn advised me that there was no such parts for my v004-43100c and that Villaware got rid of me on the telephone by re-directing my call.

I then called back and was now informed that the parts were unavailable and that the unit was discontinued.

I asked to speak to the supervisor and she was extremely nice and comprehensive to deal with before providing me with a replacement product (only 600w but better then being told that there is nothing to do).

Hope this helps those looking for a solution to the poor parts availability of this company.

Looking for a Villaware 67 Ounce Blender Jar
by: Dolores

I also need a new polycarbonate 8 cup maximum Villaware jar. The model number of my blender is 43000. It was purchased from Williams Sonoma a few years ago but rarely used. Somehow the side of the jar cracked and it is leaking. Villaware does not have any of the jars and so far I have not found a website that has the jars available.

No Parts
by: Brian

Hi Ashley,

I feel for you here, as the Villaware is a fairly expensive blender considering that there are no parts available anywhere in the US!
I cant help you with this, but you could contact the company directly, I guess it's worth a go https://secure.villaware.com/ContactUs.aspx

If you do get any help from them I'm sure others in the same predicament would be interested to see the response!

All the best
Brian
