Oster bpst02-b Blender

I bought the Oster bpst02-b Blender because I read it was Oster’s most powerful engine with a staggering 1/2 horsepower motor. Since using it, all I can say is - Wow, That is one powerful blender.

So far it has blended everything I have thrown in it, from frozen fruit to vegetables. This blender is absolutely perfect for making drinks and it’s so simple to use. There are only two speeds to choose from and a pulse option for a bit of extra control. I have to do is keep the power on to judge the consistency. It crushes up ice in an instant and the sturdy jug is well designed to cope with the speed of the blender.

I have noticed that such a powerful motor can cause problems with stability and at full power the device does vibrate quite violently. This can also cause problem with liquids spilling out the top of the jug if the blender is quite full.

Apart from these minor quibbles, the Oster bpst02-b blender fulfills its duties superbly and I highly recommend it.
