Okay, so if you are at all like me you are probably looking at the price on the Margaritaville DM3000 Blender and thinking, "Are they out of their minds? Why would I possibly want to spend that kind of money on a blender?" And it is a fair point, but if you glanced at the product photo and thought even for a second, "Well that DOES look like fun..." then let me be the one to tell you: IT IS!

First off, real professional machines in bars and restaurants that do what this blender does for homes cost literally thousands of dollars. Of course, they're also terribly ugly, apparently not the easiest things in the world to use or service, and the extra money is really only going towards the ability to serve up hundreds of batches per day (for years on end) -- something the average person hosting a party will never have to worry about. In this, the margaritaville DM3000 blender is offering a substantial discount.

But it also looks fun, is easy to use, and most importantly: Makes the best froze drinks you've ever had, anywhere. Some of that of course is up to you, you may have to experiment a bit before being able to reproduce some amazing drink you had once on vacation, but you won't find a better platform to do it on. The big reason to get this version rather than the DM2000 is if you are looking for larger batches and more flexibility (serving multiple kinds of drinks). If you like to have people over regularly, especially in the summer time, believe me it is worth it.

I had an older Margaritaville and loved it so much I recently upgraded to this one. It is really simple to use, especially if you mix your ingredients ahead of time and have them ready to go in the blender with the ice. You will have your drinks seconds after starting the batch.
