Margaritaville DM1000

When I first saw the Margaritaville DM1000 blender for sale I never thought I would own one just a few months later. Verdict? This is the only way to go if you want restaurant quality frozen drinks without having to go to a restaurant.

The really cool thing about the Margaritaville Key West is that you can make as little as one drink at a time if you want to -- although I recommend holding the shave button for a few seconds just to get the consistency right when just making one for yourself. When making two or more it's essentially a flawless machine.

It is pretty big, so you have to make sure you have room for it. I hadn't realize quite how big it was until it arrived and I had a bit a of hard time moving things around on the counter until I found the right spot for it. It's tall too, so if you have low cabinets you might want to measure and make sure it will fit underneath. Otherwise there really isn't anything at all worth saying about this machine except that it surpasses expectations and is worth every penny.

I can now make a frozen margarita for myself and my wife in just a few seconds any time I want. It's just one of those things where you realize you don't have to go out for a really great frozen drink anymore. Not to mention if you go out for daiquiris even once a week right now the money you save, the Margaritaville DM1000 will pay for itself in just a few months.
