Kfp750 Kitchenaid Blender

Why did I select the Kfp750 Kitchenaid Blender? Well I've previously owned a hand blender that performed most duties admirably - but I felt I needed something bigger and more powerful and this blender fit the bill perfectly and hasn’t let me down.

The size of the bowl allows me to blend plenty of food and for those smaller jobs there is even a mini bowl accessory which is much more suitable when dealing with small amounts of food, for example herbs. The blender successfully chops down vegetables and nuts and even performs well when making doughs and batters.

However it is the slicer and shredder functions that have impressed me the most. By simply removing the blade and placing in either the slicer or shredder disc I can now slice hams and cheeses in a cinch. The device is also surprisingly quiet.

However I have encountered a couple of problems with the Kfp750 Kitchenaid blender. Firstly it’s only possible to fit in two inches of liquid, any more and there is leakage. Secondly occasionally the seal does get broken and leakages do occur out the top of the machine.

I agree with this review, the Kfp750 Kitchenaid food processor is a powerful but quiet beast and the shredding and slicing is excellent. Leakages do occur though.
