Hamilton Beach Blender 908

I was a bit surprised to see how expensive some of the blenders they sell today can get. I didn't want to get something that was too cheap but some of them are really expensive. The Hamilton Beach Blender 908 was in a price range I was comfortable with and had some good reviews so that's how I decided on it.

There are a lot of people saying only the really high end blenders do a good job at crushing ice evenly for frozen drinks and smoothies, but I have to say this blender seems to do that just fine. Literally in just a few seconds it turns a mix of ice cubes and fruit into a fine slush with no big chunks floating around. I have been using it almost every day since I got it and I am extremely satisfied.

For anyone who is looking for a good blender they can use every single day that won't break, I think this is a safe bet. I have had the Hamilton Beach Blender 908 for almost six months and other people have had it for longer. It seems to be pretty easy to get replacement blades online too, which I take as another good sign.

I have had two blenders where the motor just died after a while, I never had the chance to wear out the blades. I look forward to replacing them, because a little maintenance on a hard working piece of kitchen hardware is much preferred to having a blender fail and then having to either break my routine for a few days or rush out and replace it.
