Cuisinart Blender Clutch

Under blender parts (cuisinart) there is a part that I would like to buy but apparently Amazon.com does not ship these items to Canada.

Do you have a store in Washington state (or elsewhere) that I can go an buy the part? I live in Vancouver, BC. The item is described in detail below:
