Best Blender For Almonds

I haven't found the blender I'm looking for the last 20 years, YET!

I'm looking for a blender that will give me the following recipe flawlessly every time. The current blenders that I use vary the recipe every time depending upon the time.

Almond Milk Shake

Ingredients:
1) Almonds (soaked overnight and peeled) - 10 per head
2) Cold Fat Free Milk - 1 glass per head
3) Rooh Afza - .5 ounce per head

Steps:
1) Add peeled almonds to the blender and add just a little water.
2) Blend to as smooth a paste as possible in your blender.
3) Add the milk and the rooh afza, mix.

Enjoy. You'll find the almonds are not smooth as butter but are granular. That is my problem. Hence my undying search for 20 years.

Blend with sugar
by: Angela

Hi

One way to get fine powder from almonds is to blend them with a little sugar, or you could just use commercial almond flour, which is finely ground almonds.

For grinding nuts it is best to use a blender with a lot of power. Most research points to the Blendtec blender grinding nuts to a fine powder.

We have also been told that the chopper attachments on the Kitchenaid immersion blender and Braun MR 5550 MultiQuick are great for grinding nuts.
